Jackin' House is a high-energy, sample-heavy subgenre of house music characterized by bouncy basslines, swung rhythms, and chopped-up vocal samples. Originating from Chicago house, it is defined by a "funky," "groovy," and "raw" street-level aesthetic that often incorporates elements of jazz, soul, disco, and funk.
