Hypertrance is a high-velocity, trance-revivalist genre spearheaded by artist nuphory. It takes the Y2K-inspired soundset of Neo-Trance through a modern, fast-paced lens (often 160+ BPM).
Visually often paired with period-accurate designs, Hypertrance is as much a sonic movement as it is a nostalgic, yet futuristic aesthetic.
