Detroit Techno
The original techno sound developed in Detroit in the mid-1980s by Juan Atkins, Derrick May and Kevin Saunderson. Futuristic, soulful and machine-driven, with Roland drum machines, lush synth chords and a deep sci-fi sensibility.
