Zaag

#zaag 1 1 6

In rawstyle and hardcore, "zaag" (Dutch for "saw") - most commonly referenced as a zaagkick - defines a specific, controversial style of kick drum characterized by a buzzing, harsh frequency profile resembling a power saw cutting through wood.

While originating in Xtra-Raw and Uptempo Hardcore, it has become a staple across high-energy hard dance, including subgenres like Deutscher Krach.
